Heirloom is a private photo-sharing app for friends and family. By using it, you agree to these terms.

Using Heirloom

• You are responsible for the activity in your account.
• Do not misuse the service, try to bypass access controls, or attempt to disrupt it.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Only upload photos and content you have the right to share.

Private sharing

Heirloom is intended for private sharing with people you know. Do not use the app to post unlawful, abusive, or invasive content, including content that violates someone else's privacy.

No paid plans

Heirloom does not currently offer paid subscriptions, seat-based billing, or paid upgrades. If that ever changes, these terms will be updated before any paid offering is introduced.

Accounts and access

Access may be limited, removed, or suspended if an account violates these terms or if the app is changed, paused, or shut down. You can stop using Heirloom at any time.
